The new state of the art Rybrook, multi-millions pound, BMW Warwick dealership, delivered in partnership with Opus Land, has been now handed over and trading. The new iconic facility that sits on a four-acre site on the new Gallows Hill development, is part of a much larger community development project which will include a hotel, community stadium, athletics track, new schools, community and neighbourhood centre, new park and more than 1,100 homes as well as extensive highway and footpath/cycling improvements.
The Rybrook Warwick BMW Centre, which has now relocated from its existing site to this new ‘super site’, includes a state-of-the-art workshop with increased MOT and servicing facilities, office space, staff facilities, spacious indoor showroom facilities to showcase the latest BMW cars and Motorbikes in the integrated Motorrad showroom, extensive outdoor car display area and customer parking.
The project that hit site in December 2020 during lockdown, and despite some initial manufacturer supply issues due to Covid related disruptions, has now delivered a 5,000 m2 highly sustainable facility.
The new dealership has been designed to provide excellent customer support for the sale of new and used cars, as well as aftersales servicing. The new purpose-built facility incorporates the latest BMW 2025 Electric Vehicle sustainability infrastructure standards, so that it is ahead of curve for its environmental targets, and includes PV Solar Panels are part of its energy management system, and will allow the continued growth of the Rybrook BMW Warwick business.
This completion of the project brings Rybrook’s total investment into the district to around £13million.
