This new two storey building accommodates the bottling and mixing room requirements of the distillery alongside the weighing and filling of barrels. The design of the Bottling Hall has taken its architectural cues directly from the existing adjacent warehouse. Its style can be described as an agricultural shed building constructed of Cotswold Stone to the lower half, timber cladding upper half and a pitched profiled metal roof. The restrained approach to the design ensures it sits well within the existing buildings on the site.
