MDG have been appointed to undertake feasibility design and planning submission for The Bell Hotel in Stourbridge. The scheme, based in Stourbridge’s Market Street conservation area, proposes to retain the existing retail units and convert a dilapidated bar and hotel complex into new town centre luxury apartments. Planning is due to be determined in early 2019.
